Static Calibrations
Our static calibrations are performed in a controlled environment to ensure accurate sensor alignment. To correctly perform this type of calibration requires a level floor, as well as an unobstructed, average open space of 52’ X 38’. We design our facilities around this requirement. We use the most advanced equipment available and follow OEM-compliant procedures to restore ADAS functionality.
Dynamic Calibrations
Techmotive performs dynamic calibrations while the vehicle is in motion to replicate real-world driving conditions. We calibrate systems like lane-keeping assistance, adaptive cruise control, and automatic braking for responsiveness and safety for the driver. These calibrations are performed with trained technicians using advanced diagnostic tools.
ADAS Diagnostics
Before starting work on a vehicle, we conduct a comprehensive diagnostic check to identify ADAS-related issues. These issues assess faulty sensors, cameras, or modules needing further repairs. We perform health checks using state-of-the-art diagnostic technology to identify radar, lidar, and ultrasonic system issues and measure their optimal functionality.
EV Certified
Electronic vehicles (EVs) have unique configurations. At Techmotive, we understand these requirements and we have the expertise to repair and calibrate EVs by properly managing high-voltage systems and ADAS features.
Techmotive’s technicians are also certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). We have proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing ADAS and other automotive systems.
